The Not-So-Cyber-Aware 12 Days of Christmas

Kathleen Hyde 0

I spend a tremendous amount of time driving and, at this time of the year, it’s hard to not change the station and hear “On the twelfth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, 12 drummers drumming, 11 pipers piping…”

Well, a week ago I thought it would be fun to see if I could write a version of the “12 Days of Christmas” that had something to do with cybersecurity. What I came up with was “The Not-So-Cyber-Aware 12 Days of Christmas” song.

I’ve decided to share it – and the drawing my talented son sketched – with you. Feel free to laugh as you sing it or share it (see below) with your staff who might need a gentle reminder that Nigerian princes really don’t give away $12 million dollars via email and there’s more to the Internet than sharing cat videos.

If you decide to share it or sing it – I might just feature you in a post – let me know via email at info@thecyberchair.com or Twitter @thecyberchair Oh, and if you are in need of an artist, let me know. I have an “in”.
